If you read about it, the part about the military and air craft carrier etc... was a tongue in cheek amendment that failed, as did the bill. The original bill was a task force to investigate what Wyoming could do to prepare themselves in-case of a federal government meltdown. It was more focused on food, energy, etc... Wyoming is state with a good economy, and have been putting a lot of money in savings over the past few years. The national government could learn a thing or two... David
