Same thing with Hitler, Ho-Chi-Min, and other ruthless individuals. I agree that US soldiers getting killed is horrible, and apologizing to another world leader for burning books is appalling to me. I do agree that the "war on Terror" should be kicked up a 3 notches to a "just get it over with" phase. Give US soldiers a goal, "Kill all Taliban" with impunity. Here is a pile of ammo and rockets and missles.......make it happen.
