Yeah, I get CF and I do check Paris out on occasion. I try to keep applied fertilizer current with anticipated need. In other words I tend not to put off. Winter 2010-2011 did put me behind along with last year's late spring. This year (spring) will be a large year in terms of lime and potash application. I wish I had a close source of organic nutrients just to raise the organic content of the soil. Supply of manure is limited and the organic crop guys have chicken litter priced too high for me to think about that. Someday I will make a dent in my wish list for the farm. Still hoping for a JD 7200 6 row 30" dry conservation planter (even a project unit) but there is not much out there so that will have to wait, too.
