1st of all we have been using ethanol fuel for 25 + years so ignore all the advice you get that it is your problem. With high humidity you will get frost but you may also have condensation in the distributor cap to cause the miss or you may have bad plug wires. I don't think you have a carb problem we have had them frosted so bad the throttle had no effect on the speed, try something to keep engine heat around the carb; canvas, or cardboard, or tin, or plywood let us know what works.
