I'd rather have the diesel than the V-10 personally. A 95 will be a Powerstroke Turbo motor. Milage and power will be better in the 95 vs. the 99. If the 95 is a regular cab I may have to really look at the 99. I've riden in many square body trucks and I'm always sore when I get out of one. THe 99 has a much nicer cab to me. I've heard it both ways on a V-10 its either love or hate. Both over all will be good trucks either way. Good luck.
