I have a '01 with the V10 and a 5-speed, 190,000+ miles and going strong. It's a good engine. More power than I need, and 15+ mpg on the highway when empty (3.73 gears).I can't remember if a '95 is a turbo or not. If not, the V10 will out-muscle it. Factory turboed 7.3's have more torque than the V10, but except for truly heavy towing, you wont' notice the difference. 4 years newer and $2400 less, I'd go with the V10.
