If it has never has bearings, which seems not likely, I am sure they have a lot of extra clearance. Also, the cam bushings. But one thing I would look at is the bolt holding the oil filter. It should have a small metering hole in the bolt and if someone put the wrong bolt or messed with it , that sure will dump a lot of oil to sump.
