I agree about the hassle of renting. In my part of Pa, farm land is priced very low right now. For the past 10-15 years a large percentage of farm land sold was for development, and with that out of the picture, prices have come down drastically here. Maybe half of what they were 5 years ago. So, here I think farm land is a good investment, and would like to buy some more. I'd be nervous about that $12k land in iowa though. Josh
