Another thing that gets me... Bosch sparkplugs are made in germany... it's cheaper to order them from rockauto or discount auto and pay the postage to get them here. Bought my stihl chainsaw in the States and had my buddy mail it to me for less than half what it costs here. Bosch starter in a ford pickup I had was gonna cost me 400 bucks at the local ford dealer, all parts for it made right here in the town 5 miles from where I live. Got a rebuilt from rockauto for 67 bucks.... Almost like countries are encouraging thier folks to give someone else thier business.
Only import I can remember being more expensive is champion sparkplugs that cost about 4 times the bosch crossreference...
