The whole trans has to come out and apart to replace pieces inside. I would not recommend opening up a trans with that kind of mileage expecting to replace just one clutch, that is a recipe for frustration when it either doesn't work or something else quits. There are also some special tools involved in the PROPER repair that aren't available from loaner programs. I would find a used one one. That model of trans is common as dirt, check C-list, there is probably a S10 somewhere going to the scrapper.
