Trouble shoot before throwing parts at it or you will be going the wrong way fast. Run it and when it dies first off check your spark. You should have a spark that jumps a 1/4 inch or more but I'll bet that is not it. Almost bet you will find either a plugs tank vent or a plugged fuel line. I had the same sort of problem with my Farmall BA and guess what I found... In the tank was a lief that would float over the hole and clog it up.
