Dave the price seems very reasonable for the quality of cab pictured. If you are using the tractor a lot in the winter then a nice solid cab would be real nice. It also looks like they have a nice door. The one on your soft cab looks kind of a pain to get in and out of.
I guess the two questions I would need answered before making a final judgment are:
1) How hot does it get in your part of Germany in the summer?? A cab even with the doors and windows out is hotter. IF you don't get that hot in the summer and don't use it as much as the winter then the cab could be a good choice. They also will be noisier.
2) How long do you think you will keep the tractor you have??? Reason being that if you really like it and plan on having it long term then the cab makes much more sense. If you look at the cost per year if you have it ten years then it is not that much.
I also remember you having trouble finding the soft cab you currently have. It it of much value??? If it is then that would be an offset on the solid cab.
My personal experience with the type of cabs you are looking at would be close to the old Year-Round ones here. When the tractors where the main ones we had I hated the cabs. They where hot in the summer and real noisy when working the tractor hard. So we usually took them off and reinstalled the factory fenders. Now when those same tractors are just chore tractors then I have put many of the cabs back on. When you are not in them long hours in the summer and do use them long hours doing winter feeding then the cab warmth is worth the summer heat discomfort.
