live your life now, at 40 , your old enough to know better, but still young enough to enjoy it, all your joints probably still work, minimal health issues most likly, now in my mid 50's i have 3 crushed discs in my back, 1 foot has had a chainsaw hit it sideways, the other had a grader blade fall on it so i walk like a duck now, every morning my joints let me know just where they are, my biggest problem is getting up in the morning, so i can go to work and do the same work as a man half my age, my 40's were my best years, just wish i had taken less jobs imitating a farm mule lol
