40 was a HARD birthday for me. I looked at like 1/2 time and was shocked how much I still wanted to get done but not yet started. I reflected on where I was in my life and made some corrections.
That was 9 yrs this Jan. and not much has changed. Need reading glasses occasionally. Oh and a wrist watch with bigger numerals 'cuz my arm ain't long enough to see the current numerals.
Take care of yourself, enjoy the simple pleasures of life and don't stop moving if you can. If not alread done adopt a philosophy for life - mine is LIFE, LOVE & LAUGHTER
