There is only one thing I remember about turning forty that slowed me down. I think its about the time I had to look a little harder at the fine print to read it. I started wearing one contact in one eye to correct the problem at about forty five. I didn't really notice anything slowing me down much untill about sixty. I plan to keep active and continue to exersise daily as I always have. My dad died last year at 92 and my mother is still going good at 88. I hope to be around a while too.
