it was an allstate,I think sears sold them,but I bought it used,worked in the summers here in nj, my father did a lot of new lawns in the house developements that were sprouting all arouund in the 60s ,He had a york rake and a jd 2010 and me and my brother used to hand rake,he would seed ,then we would shake mulch hay out, I worked and saved one whole summer and bought the scooter for 85 dollars, It was a great machine,three speeds,the shift was on the handlebar,you pulled in the clutch and twisted the handlebar on the right to shift, I sure wish I still had that scooter,
