Bought framing lumber by the unit and got um to dig out lower, less miscolored stud units frequently Potlatch, or Plum Creek. Everything looked great. Pretty decent millwork in regard to moldings, ect. Wouldn't touch their cabinets. I'm all for local yard support but 30% in my pocket or the yard owners, easy answer to that question!
