Mike------It is going to be a battle no matter what. First off the bank it went over is about a 70 degree drop off. Where it game to rest has about a 30 degree slope. Since the darn thing won't steer and stop, it would be a struggle even if it did start up. There is a stripper on the top about a 1/2 miel away with a couple of big dozers, so we might go that route. No he did not have a seat belt on and he is one lucky guy to have crawled away from that one.
