I recently changed the fuel filter on my powerstroke and filled the filter bowl with Powerservice Diesel Kleen instead of diesel. Started it and let it run for 30sec to 1min and shut it off. Then let it sit for a few hours. I think it helped a little, but I am still going to put new injectors in this summer. Mine has 210k on the stock ones.
