Don't forget about the inconsiderate farmers who over fill their their manure wagons then drive along the highways and slosh and drip everywhere so everyone who drives by gets manure all over their vehicle. It's like they think they own the roads. And horse people too - let their horses crap indiscriminately any old place - along walking trails, parade routes, etc. There ought to be a law...
