Our township has a "Large Article Drop Off". 2 years ago there was a brand new Simplicity, 14 horsepower riding mower dropped off. Wisconsin engine from an Amish farmer for $35,(scrap price) because it "Wouldn't Run". found air cleaner completely plugged with oat chaff. Replaced oil bath air cleaner with a paper type..engine runs great.....lesson: check air cleaner!!!!!!!!!!
