Seismic evaluation. This is the percursor to land being leased, drillers moving in. rents and taxes and prices going sky high, lotsa wells being drilled then plugged due to low natural gas prices. And people losing their new found wealth when they find out about 50% taxation and that the hole on their property probably will not produce a nickle for 15 to 20 years when it is finally tapped.
