Hi Bo, I suppose the "Schools of Ed" might be different there... I'm no longer new, but the new Teachers I see being hired are all fantastic.
I do agree with you on the MEd thing. It seems to be just a paycheck thing, and incredibly easy to get into. Here that is usually done after you already have your teacher certification and have been teaching a few years. No, I don't have one of those MEd's, but for the difference in pay, I can fully understand why they do it.
