Here, I'm lucky if I can even sell it for $1.50-$1.75 a bale, picked up after I bale it. Most times I just bush hog the hay(Timothy, fescue and orchard grass) because of no one wanting to buy it. One year after cutting and baling, I had no buyers. So, I offered it for free just to get it out of the fields. They were lined up down the road with trucks and trailers. That was the last year I did that.
