Ford 5.4 triton engine questions

I have a 99 f250 with a 5.4 Triton engine
and its having problems with no power
(well even less than it had to begin with)
and excessive pinging during
acceleration but its not throwing any
codes so I"m leaning towards it having
either low fuel pressure or stopped up
cats. So I"m looking for the fuel pressure
specs. I called our local Ford dealer and
asked them of course they were gonna
look it up and call me back that was two
weeks ago...... if anyone has any theory
of what"s causing my problems or if you
know the fuel pressure specs please let
me know any help will be greatly
appreciated thanks
