The name doesn't ring a bell. Paul Stover lives here near Rutland, but he's the only one I know. Course you know my memory ain't quite what it used to be, I just can't remember names. About the only ones near Bidwell that I knew were the Walkers (Denver & Marge), Denver was the Gallia County sheriff for awhile & owned the farm where Champion Farms is now.
