If it was not painted then I would be more interested. I wonder about the maintenance. The oil filter shows 2877 and he says the tach shows 3141. That is 264 hours on the oil filter and more than likely the oil.
On the Mannheim JD utility tractors, they can be great tractors BUT if the hydraulics have been messed up they can cost a fortune to fix right. So I never buy them without driving them and checking out the hydraulics.
The price at $5500 is not a great deal right now anyway. You can find good clean original ones for just a little more. The $6500 to 7500 will get you a real sharp one.
So I would not buy it unless you live close enough to drive it.
