Smoking, not a problem for me, I never liked it. But, as a nicotine addict I can understand. I'd chew in my sleep if I could. Nothing like some unflavored all natural straight burley twist and a cup of coffee. I quit for 2 years once, gained 80 pounds :/ so I went back. Managed to lose 60 of it.
Id though I was going to die with a chew in my mouth. May still. Significant other is going to have to quit smoking. I made the offer and Im good for it, she quits smoking I'll quit chewing.
I do like the nicotine lozenges. But, I use them for placed I dont feel its polite or proper to chew. Not sure thats a good plan but nothing like the tobacco right after the 3rd cup of strong black coffee or after a really good steak for supper... Ill miss it but it is a 120 bucks a month.... Good luck!
