Rustred, Not everyone wants overhangs, wants to pay for them, or wants the wasp/bird nesting areas! A properly trimmed out and sealed shed will not leak, even without overhangs. Gutters are nice to have.
I just had a 60x96 put up and it has no overhangs. I don't recall the price being "cheap" and I sure didn't build it to be more fancy than the other sheds in the neighborhood!
