Smoked for 40 years, got bladder cancer 15 yrs. ago, Drs. said it was caused from smoking, told me to quit, kelp right on smoking for another 4 yrs. finally made up my mind to quit, took up chewing, just swapped one bad habit for another, at this time we owned 3 tobacco stores, got free samples from reps, all time, went for yearly check up, found I had a heart mumur, stopped chewing 7 years ago, yes its hard to do I could take a chew as big as my fist right now just wont.
