i quit smoking when one day after lighting up and wondering what smelled so bad i got looking at my fingers and saw they were a pukey looking yellow. i thought if my fingers look this what do my lungs look like i threw that one and most of a new pack out the car window. skoal however was a different story i thought i would go nuts when i quit that that was 35 years ago.
