The best way to quit smoking is to go to a hospital where a person is on their death bed and will be dying in a week or less from smoking related cancer. My FIL was in this condition. A horrible death to say the least. Bladder cancer did him in. He was 59, with 2 little grandsons. He just retired 2 years earlier. I am sure a few would quit cold turkey if they saw what I did.
