Hello Animal. I smoked for 19 years. Was up to 3 packs of marlboros a day. I had my last one at 9:00 am april 15 2007 and never looked back. Was it easy, NO. I used the patch(generic walmart brand one). The first 6 weeks were tough. Saying and doing are two different things. I think the biggest thing is having the WANT to quit.
