You are right about us not having a clue. I grew up listening to my dad cough for half an hour every morning and I never wanted to smoke. Still, I have seen a lot of people quit. It took my daughter five years to quit after my dad died of lung cancer, and she tried everything. Like the other guys said, find your motivation and keep it in mind. You will make it.
