I quit 16yrs ago, wow it was tuff. tried cold turkey at least a dozen times; it wouldn't work for me. The patch's along with a goal in mind if i quit. first year was the worst. seeds, rock candy or anything to occupy my mind. now i can't stand anyone smoking around me. takes about a year to clean your system out. I never did get my taste buds back, so i could taste/savor food.
