Laugh if you will but when I quit I chewed on sunflower seeds to take my mind off of it. I had smoked for 13 years and stopped cold turkey. You have to have youre mind set that you are going to quit! I havent smoked for 18 years now. The first couple of weeks were the hardest after 3 months the urge was pretty well gone. Good Luck!
