My method doesn't work for everyone, but I rarely pass up a thrift store, salvation army store, pawn shop, antique store, or my favorite, the junkiest roadside junk shop I can find.
I am always on the prowl for old tools, etc. Anything stamped with the good ole USA. (While back though I found a USA made tool with a Swastika stamped in it !)
Most things need a little cleaning up, but that's part of the fun.
The bad thing is you can't just run down to the store and find what you need when you need it. And in my case, I can remember I bought something, and fixed it up, just where is it at?
