We had a local tow truck driver, back in the 80's, tied one of the German shepherd guard dogs, from the lot, to the sling apron, of his TT, while someone was in the lot to retrieve personals, from a wreck. He honestly forgot (He was a Nam vet, with a few personal problems), towed the dog for about 2-3 miles, at low speed, till someone got his attention, he had to pay the vet bills, for the dog's feet, and endured years of phone calls, asking if the tow company towed dogs!
