Start with your local dealer. They must have a service manual you can copy things from. Next, contact MTD with your request. They should be able to get you a service manual on a little keyring thing you plug into your computer (flash drive?). If you still have trouble, send me a e-mail and I'll ask my niece what the next move is. She and her husband both work in the administration/distribution segment of the company. None of this is going to happen quickly. You need to make temporary arrangements for snow removal( like procuring a Cub Cadet that says IH on the front lol) I wouldn't recommend trying to bypass the PTO safety switch unless you know what you are doing, if you short out a relay or something you'll make this mess much bigger.
