If you can, go to the bigger one in Feb. Make sure you reserve a golf cart well in advance. You don't want to wait until you get there to find out all of them are gone.
You could spent days there and not see it all. Plan on spending at least one day in the village. It will be well worth it.
I was there last year, and can't wait to go back.
