They are a good truck, rotors front and rear are identical. Good strong frame. Local tractor shop had one and hauled tractors weighing up to 12,000 lbs on the roll off deck he had on it. He eventually cut the pinion off the rear axle getting moving on some soft ground. I think its a Dana 130 or something like that.
Friend of mine had the same engine in his F350 srw and the 6.9 in their F350 drw. Not a lot of power for hills but they would overload them and it never complained. They don't like cold weather unless the glow plugs are in tip top shape. They just left them in the shop or plugged in.
