That lever is for live pto. As great an idea as live pto was, this is the stupidest setup. I have a CA that I plow my garden with using the mounted AC two bottom plow. What a treat to stop at the end of the row and have to clutch with my right hand and raise the plow with my...other right hand? Why they put both levers on the right is beyond me. So, I have to clutch with the right and at the same time reach accross witht the left to raise the hyds. this is why AC never conquered the world.
