I bought a nice one (NOS) on eBay several months ago as back up. They are not something your average hose shop can make.
I have seen a few more since then. They were not new but probably serviceable. Everybody with a 340-660 and probably 504 (and up) etc should have one on the shelf.
It is quite possible they are available from dealers but I suspect they are very expensive. I think I paid less than $50 total for mine.
