Replace the burner gasket. Some of these blame new ones are so thin you might need 2 but they are cheap. You have a safety tripping. If it still trips after the gasket change & you can find out which one it will help. Check your flame sensor. Temp sensors are make or break so they're easy to check. The one that is open when it stops is what you're looking for.
Did the heater guy replace the nozzle? If so you need to make sure it's the right type & size. The letter is the type & the number is the bore. Get the wrong pattern & the fuel will burn in the wrong place. That's dangerous & you'll be lucky if it just shuts down..
