What the union employees are saying to themselves is as follows: I dont want to work for less so, I would rather have no sandwich than a 1/2 of a sandwich......So I will just go on the dole and get a handout of whatever sandwich the gubbermint gives me. The Union did a great thing at first, which was start the industrial middle class, now they are wrecking it, slowly. Such as slow to change, not keeping pace with automation and technology, too high of pay for menial labor.
