MSD, IMO it is a Oil field Sucker rod Tighten/loosening Tool. Looking at the J end of the tool. It is a larger version of what My water well guys use to break loose and tighten the sucker rod in My Windmill. As to the pinch bar end.....pry with, open crate out on a well site. Later, John A.
