I think I found a factory flaw in the area of the radiator of my 2002 Chrysler minivan. When I removed the radiator because of a leak, I found the oil cooler was not attached anymore. It was hanging by the hoses and hitting against the front of the radiator causing a hole in it. You can not see this because of the cowls that cover up the ac condensor, the oil cooler and the radiator. I decided to photo the entire procedure and made a video that I put on youtube. Oh, I did call the dealer and was told, tough luck, we have never seen that before. Well the internet has quite a few references to this. Apparently, Chysler doesn't use the internet.
