I support the rule even though it effects me directly. But I think it should be expanded to include all drivers just not CDL holders. The problem is they can pass and enforce laws against CDL drivers and no one cares. Heck we are making the roads safer because those dang truck drivers think they own the road. Try and pass a similar law against automobiles and it would be political suicide.
