Its been close to 5 years and I really wish I had quit 30 yeears ago. Once you make your mind up it is easy but thats the hard part. All those so called aids are a crutch and really don't help that much. make a list of all the benefits you get from smoking.- Then make a list of the benefits of not smoking after that tell us which you choose. Actually think of it this way if you are in the hospital you quit while you are in there. Just don't restart when you get out and feel better.
