If that unmaintained road borders your property to have it declared abandend then you leagly would have to have been notified and have given your permission otherwise the goverment could not vacate it. And if it borders your property and it is vacated it could lower the value of your property. Check it out but do not do nothing. And if it bordered your property and is vacated you should get half.
